After my father died, I was responsible for selling a small apartment building he owned in West Hollywood. After speaking with various brokers and interviewing four teams in depth I selected Jordan Asheghian, primarily because of his encyclopedic knowledge of the area and the groups impressive sales record. I am happy to report that the sale went through with very few glitches. Jordan handled himself professionally at all times, was extremely responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
